General Guidelines

By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms of service.

I hold all rights to my works, including but not limited to distributing, use of self-promotion, or reposting.

I do not authorize using any of my art as NFT's.

I do not authorize any of my art being fed into AI generator in anyway.

I have the right to refuse service.

Any mistreatment is prohibited and will not be tolerated.

Refunds & Cancellations

I don't do refunds if I've already begun working on the commission, unless client has paid upfront by their choice.

You will receive a full refund if I'm unable to complete the commission.

Copyright Infringement

Selling my work.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Altering the artwork without my consent.

I reserve the right to cancel the order or refuse service to anyone, at any time.

I hold all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, on this site as well as other medias, UNLESS client requests not to.

You may upload and share the commissioned artwork on any media - that's not AI generated - so long as credit is given.

You may set the commissioned art work as a profile picture, background image, banner (etc.) so long as credit is given.

You may not make profits from the commissioned piece.

You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.

Payment

Currency accepted is USD through Venmo, CashApp, and
Ko-Fi.

Payment is given before or during the commission being worked on, not after.

Upfront Payment is accepted.

If there is a deadline, anything shorter than 5 days will not be accepted.

Commission & Payment Process

Once your form is submitted, it will automatically be emailed to me. After I read through it, I will contact you via your preferred method requested and answer any questions.

When I've gone through and confirmed commission details with the client, I will then begin my work.

I will keep the client updated on the commission, sending updated images of the process through each phase.

The process and payment will look like this.

1. Client sills out and submits Commission Form
2. I will reach out and confirm information on commission
3. When everything is confirmed I will send a rough sketch
4. Client looks over rough sketch (can ask for things to be changed)
5. When Client is satisfied with the sketch, I will work on and send the clean sketch
6. When Client is satisfied with the clean sketch, Client will pay half commission price
(can ask for things to be changed)
7. After Payment is sent, I will draw and send the line art
8. Client looks over line art (only slight changes and fixes can be asked for/made)
9. I will then work on and send the coloring
10. Client looks over the coloring then pays the remaining price
(only slight changes and fixes can be asked for/made)
11. Once payment is made, I will send the clean or shaded (depending on commission) results
12. Client receives google drive containing their commission

Client will not receive the completed commission until the full payment is sent and I've finished the cleaning/shading.

This method is used to ensure I get paid for my work and you receive the commission you want.
