General Guidelines
By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my terms of service.
Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
I hold all rights to my works, including but not limited to distributing, use of self-promotion, or reposting.
I have the right to refuse service.
Any mistreatment is prohibited and will not be tolerated.
Client may upload the commissioned artwork on social media -that's not AI generated- so long as credit is given.

Client may set the commissioned art work as a profile picture, background image, banner (etc.) so long as credit is given.
Client may not make profits from the commissioned piece.
Client may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
Client's commission is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes is prohibited.
Client may not use the product in any blockchain-related technology: NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Client may not use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
Commercial & Usage
I reserve the right to cancel the order or refuse service to anyone, at any time.
I hold all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio, on this site, and other medias - UNLESS client requests not to.
Copyright
Refunds & Cancellations
There are no refunds unless I have cancelled your order or cannot complete your commission.

You may not cancel your commission after you pay.
I will not refund nor redraw a finished commission.
Payment
Currency accepted is USD through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Ko-Fi.
Payment is given before or during the commission being worked on, not after.
Client agrees to pay the total amount specified
Client is responsible to cover any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, and payment provider service fees
Payment is considered as received and completed only when total commission cost received on my account is equal to the invoice amount
Upfront Payment is accepted.
If there is a deadline, anything shorter than 5 days will not be accepted.

Once your form is submitted, it will automatically be emailed to me.
After I read through it, I will contact you (via your preferred method requested) and answer any questions.
I will keep the client updated on the commission status and process
Client is expected to pay half the commission price after clean sketch is sent and approved
Client is expected to pay full commission price after colored piece is sent and approved.
Client will not receive the completed commission until the full payment is sent and I've finished the cleaning/shading.

Deadlines & Delivery
Delivery is expected to take between 1-14 days depending on the commission.
If problems arise, commission may take longer that expected time.
Client will be updated on any delays
Client will receive commission via google drive
Deadlines can be no shorter than 7 days
